She helped me prepare for my son’s first doctor appointment, she held and took care of my son while I was resting. She validated every one of my feelings, she was always patient and kind.

If I ever had a concern about my son, she would share the knowledge she had about my concern, and when she could not address my concern, Joy reminded me to call my son’s doctor.
